Message	that the el cheapo turbo rebuild does not work. The consistent word is that you need to get new chra's, which cost a lot more than $600. I don't know why Coz offers the cheap rebuild, but others offer it too. I'm not sure from your post whether you have fully tried to work it out with Coz, or what his position is. Hopefully he'll tell us here.
